SPG Refurbishment BD Program Management – Korea

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plans and drive the project from conception and planning to implementation. Participate in the development of strategies, processes, and resources.
  • Manage project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.
  • Coordinate allocated resources from within the Division to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives. Initiate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Drive cost and schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
  • Participate on multifunctional design teams (internal, external, and/or matrixed) to complete projects; provide technical input to team members to achieve project goals.
  • Interface and coordinate within the Division to define project objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment.
  • Provide engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs/issues.
  • Identify and resolve potential complications within the project and develop solutions for resolution.

Additional Description(SPG Refurbishment BD Program)

  • Previous global (Asia region preferred) experience with supply chain qualifications/audits — used to supplement local parts sourcing with the goal of reducing costs on refurbishment projects.
  • Strong working relationship with Sales / BU BM / Sales Operations for alignment and execution.
  • Ability to make executive-level presentations to support AT's customer alignment meetings as related to the SPG Refurbishment BD Program.
