As a Systems Engineer, you’ll design, integrate, and optimize complex systems that drive the semiconductor industry forward. Your expertise in systems thinking and problem-solving is essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced solutions to intricate processes and writing system specifications. You’ll be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining system architectures, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring seamless integration of subsystems. Additionally, you’ll identify and mitigate risks, confirming that our systems meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.Role Responsibilities:
- Complete definition and design of complex components, modules, and sub systems. Contribute to the system engineering specification both within the field of expertise and broaden into other disciplines. Ensure designs meet market requirement specifications (MRS).
- Coordinate with project marketing and management to understand sub system requirements.
- Lead architecture brainstorming meetings and drive the systems process to down select to a final architecture of a subsystem
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis of sub systems using vast knowledge of design concepts and functional requirements in field of technical expertise and broaden into other disciplines.
- Assist in creating concepts for architectural design approaches. Evaluate architectures to provide recommendation for best system solution approach
- Build and qualify prototypes of new designs, or procure entire subsystems from outsourced suppliers and test for compliance with detailed specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot a variety of difficult engineering problems in field of technical expertise, including serviceability and manufacturability.
- Support System Integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs.
- Perform and coordinate tests against internal and industry-accepted reliability specifications. Make suitable design or operational changes as required.
- Support system engineering projects that have a substantial mix of electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design, and understand the underlying system implications.
- Provide remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-7 years of experience
