Job Description

Work with unit process engineers, device engineers, and customer engineers to develop and build process flows that result in working functional devices and structures for use in customer demonstrations and joint development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively in a multi-company JDA environment

  • Work collaboratively to define the integration flow and modify the flow as needed to achieve needed results

  • Define project plans that will take the integration process from inception to execution on Si wafer, and finally to e-test results.

  • Build the integration flow in an MES system such as SiView

  • Interface with unit process engineers to:

    • get the needed recipes in the flow

    • drive process improvements and changes to hit structural and electrical targets

  • Manage lots using the MES and related systems through the process flows.

  • Manage the logistics of moving wafers between multiple locations both withing the company and with customers.

  • Design experiments using DOE methods and analyze data using proper statistical methods

  • Understand and analyze both inline and electrical test data.

  • Be able to present projects plans and results at both a technical and executive level

  • Drive the generation of IP (patents, papers, conference proceedings)

10+ Years of experience of industry experience and process integration

Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering area

U.S. Salary Range:

$128,000.00 - $176,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
