Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions usingSQL, Tableau, and Pythonto support key business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, translate them into data requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all BI assets by implementing robust data validation and governance controls.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and reporting frameworks, integrating data from multiple sources including data warehouses and cloud platforms.
- Lead efforts to improve reporting efficiency and usability through automation, exception reporting, and user-friendly design.
- Educate and support business users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports, fostering data literacy across teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making through data.
- Participate in the development of scalable BI infrastructure and contribute to data modeling and ETL design.
- Apply statistical learning, optimization techniques, and operations research methods to solve complex business problems.
- Support Agile project delivery using tools likeJIRA, and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration.
Functional Knowledge
- Demonstrates strong conceptual and hands-on expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.
- Proficient inSQL, Tableau, and Python; experience withDatabricks,Spark, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity withAgile methodologies,JIRA, and project tracking tools.
- Experience or education inLogistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineeringis strongly preferred.
- Solid foundation instatistical modeling,optimization, andoperations research.

$100,000.00 - $137,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
