Key Responsibilities
Oversees operations of multiple outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal organization. Planning Ordering, Purchasing and Customer Account Specialists in multiple locations
Ensures optimum inventory levels at multiple locations
Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions
Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions.
Manages commitment methodologies and processes across product groups
Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.
Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.
Escalate claims for AMAT lost or damaged materials and help resolve suppliers parts claim

Key Responsibilities
·3PL Supplier Management
oOversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
oEnsure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
oAssist CBM’s with contract SOW’s and terms with suppliers to optimize cost and service quality.
·Crating / Packaging Supplier Management
oCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of crating and packaging solutions.
oMonitor quality and cost-effectiveness of packaging solutions and services
oOptimize sustainable packaging practices / consolidation
·Finished Goods Warehouse Network Operations
oManage 3PL supplier operations of multiple warehouse locations.
oEnsure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of finished goods.
oEngineering collaboration to optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity.
·Traffic Operations
oOversee the planning and execution of post-collection logistics through to POD.
oEnsure team compliance with transportation regulations / incoterms / Global Invoicing standards
oOptimize routing and scheduling to reduce costs and improve delivery times (Spot Quote: Cargobase)
·Manufacturing Dock Operations
oManage 3PL preparation, loading and unloading of FG materials at manufacturing shipping docks.
oManage 3PL performance to established metrics with respect to timely and accurate processing of FG material exiting the factory
oMonitor safety and efficiency improvements in dock operations.
·Process Efficiencies
oIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
oConduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
·Operational Cost / Resource Management
oWork with 3PL to manage budgets for operational processes.
oMonitor and control operational costs to ensure financial efficiency.
oOversight of 3PL resource allocation to effectively meet operational goals.
·Automation Opportunities for Scale
oIdentify and evaluate opportunities for automation in operations.
oImplement automation solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
oMonitor and assess the impact of automation on operational performance.
·Direct Report Development
oProvide leadership and mentorship to direct reports.
oConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth
oEnsure compliance to training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities (Pathway / AGU)

$104,000.00 - $143,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
