Key Responsibilities

  • Drives high level projects / strategic programs relating to Inventory management with direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Lead contributor to Inventory data submission during key forecast cycles, including ownership of task accuracy and data integrity
  • Maintain a close engagement with Operations to understand the BU's inventory profile and drives initiatives to meet DIO and inventory target
  • Analyses data to identify trends and make recommendations to optimize inventory level
  • Prepares executive-level presentation during key cycles & quarterly Inventory meeting
  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view to drive results for the organization
  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
  • Support management in completing ad-hoc projects and analysis

Key Competencies

  • Experience with enterprise level financial systems (SAP/BPC/Tableau)
  • Very strong Excel skills, including experience with hands-on financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills including partnering with executive leaders and the greater finance team, providing recommendations and insights for strategic and operational decisions
  • Problem solving and analytical skills - ability to deep dive into data to understand root cause of a problem and propose solution
  • Interpersonal skills to engage with partners to understand key issues, develop recommendations and implement actions to improve the business result
  • Influencing – ability to affect decisions within and outside own organization
  • Initiative – self-motivation, ability and drive to seek out work and accomplish goals

Education & Experience

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience, semiconductor equipment or components manufacturing preferred

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
