This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys operational systems work, problem‑solving, and contributing directly to enterprise‑wide finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Execute assigned finance system deliverables across P2P, Treasury, Close, and Foundational Finance initiatives in alignment with defined plans and standards.
- Perform hands-on activities including requirements validation, SIT/UAT test execution, defect validation, cutover tasks, and post-go-live stabilization support.
- Prepare and maintain execution artifacts such as test scripts, reconciliation support files, issue logs, SOP updates, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions to clarify requirements and complete assigned action items.
Close, Reconciliation & Controls Operations
- Execute month-end close activities across GL, Consolidations, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets in accordance with close calendars and procedures.
- Perform Blackline and Smart Close tasks including reconciliations, journal validation support, exception resolution, and close task completion.
- Prepare and retain SOX control evidence for reconciliations, journals, intercompany eliminations, bank accounts, and payment processes, as needed.
P2P & Treasury Operational Support
- Execute P2P/AP operational activities including vendor master support, invoice processing validation, payment run checks, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation support.
- Support Treasury integrations and operations including bank connectivity testing, payment file validation, cash positioning inputs, and bank-to-GL reconciliations.
- Work with partner teams to resolve integration and operational issues, escalating through defined channels when required.
Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and update SOPs, desk guides, and execution documentation to reflect current processes and system behavior.
- Identify execution-level improvement opportunities and support implementation through testing, documentation updates, and validation.
- Contribute to operational metrics and reporting by preparing data inputs and validation support.

- Hands-on experience supporting system execution activities including SIT/UAT test execution, data validation, issue documentation, and stabilization support.
- Ability to follow established procedures and controls, complete tasks independently, and escalate issues through defined channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions within scope.
- Experience executing or supporting SOX controls, reconciliations, journal support, or audit evidence preparation.
