Key Responsibilities

Manages costing group for SPG and is often a direct business partner for SPG controllers

Expert in a costing and drives costing & gross margin toward SPG objectives / company goals. Driving harmonization in costing structure & cadence across all SPG groups.

Lead on all local/regional group development and career planning. Responsible for all escalations within area of ownership

Drives both deliverables of group and key analysis to Executives.

Participant on system integrations and often main developer of process implementation

Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times. This includes demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct reflecting Applied Materials' core values.

Functional expert in SAP in costing related activities. 3-5 years of prior costing experience required. 5-10 years of Applied specific finance experience required. Reporting & analysis of costing / gross margin performance to goal. Ensuring no financial surprises.

U.S. Salary Range:

$144,000.00 - $198,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
