Role Responsibilities:

  • Daily Supplier Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with all Tool Kit Management (TKM) suppliers located in the U.S. and Japan to ensure alignment on operational priorities and performance expectations.

  • Operational Huddle Leadership: Drive attendance, participation, and follow‑through on action items from daily Operations Huddle meetings.

  • Supplier Meeting Management: Lead and facilitate recurring supplier meetings on a weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly cadence to track progress, address challenges, and reinforce objectives.

  • Supplier Performance Oversight: Manage suppliers and purchasing agents to ensure delivery on operational objectives, KPIs, and quality standards.

  • RVN Resolution: Address and resolve RVNs to support timely kit and assembly receipt at the Top-off depot.

  • Quality Support: Participate in and support ad‑hoc supplier quality discussions to address nonconformances and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface with Logistics, Field Service Organization, and TKM Operations teams to identify and resolve SN-related issues impacting supply chain flow.

  • TKM Objective Alignment: Support TKM goals related to Turnaround Time (TaT), root cause investigations, and corrective action execution.

  • Training & Vendor Support: Provide multi‑vendor training and ongoing support to suppliers to strengthen operational consistency and process adherence.

  • Cross‑Team Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and internal support organizations such as TMS, PACT, and other cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience managing domestic and international suppliers, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including purchasing processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and enforce accountability to meet KPIs.

  • Experience resolving RVNs, quality issues, NCRs, or similar root‑cause‑driven supplier challenges.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Strong problem-solving capability with a track record of driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and standard procurement tools; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
