  • Maintain and support the evolution of templates library artifacts (Supplier/Client Profiles, Account Plans, QBR templates, BU Engagement Plans, etc.) and ensure version control.
  • Maintain the Relationship Management Hub and related repositories, so playbooks and governance materials are current and easy to access.
  • Own the Relationship Management dashboard and KPI definitions; keep metrics current for adoption, relationship health, and value delivery.
  • Manage the RM governance cadence (calendar, scheduling, and logistics) across category teams, ensuring agendas, templates, and pre-work are ready.
  • Support training sessions on RM methodologies, tools, and templates to category managers and other stakeholders.
  • Support the SRM Program Lead by administering supplier segmentation and maintaining RM system data quality.
  • Support RM governance forums and touchpoints, including intake of improvement ideas, action tracking, and follow-up reporting.
  • Support business strategy, communication and engagement activities where needed serving as execution support for strategy and communications teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, analytics, or program coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; ability to manage dashboards and visualize data.
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional coordination skills; ability to manage calendars, templates, and governance routines.
  • Experienced using project tools (timelines, RACI, Planner) to track actions.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to support SRM and BRM practices and promote stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of being resourceful and working independently in a fast-paced, transformational environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with supplier relationship management and/or category management, strategic sourcing, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (Ariba, Sievo, other) and collaboration tools (Loop, SharePoint, Teams).
