We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with deep expertise in semiconductor equipment to lead the development of immersive AR/VR training solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on hardware systems—not software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AR/VR procedures and interactive tutorials for advanced semiconductor tools used in global training programs.
- Create detailed and technically accurate storyboards for complex semiconductor equipment, collaborating closely with the software team to bring these concepts to life in AR/VR environments.
- Lead testing and deployment of AR/VR training modules, ensuring high-quality delivery to field teams.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for semiconductor systems, providing timely and expert support to AR/VR developers on electrical, pneumatic, and process-related topics.
- Drive project success through strong leadership and project management, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with semiconductor equipment and systems, including electrical and pneumatic components.
- Strong understanding of process engineering and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in AR/VR technologies is a plus, but not required.

- Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Has detailed knowledge and understanding of at least one (1) semiconductor toolset and all related sub-systems.
- Previous experience in writing procedures, BKM’s or other engineering-based documentation for creating AR/VR based procedures and tutorials.
- Ability to comprehend complex electrical schematics and other engineering drawings.
- Teamcenter Engineering and Visualization experience.
- Uses own initiative to study and learn new toolsets when required.
- Able to work alone with minimum guidance after initial training period.
- An interest in developing VR & AR training systems and looking ahead to provide new solutions and ideas.
- Strong communication skills a must.

$140,000.00 - $192,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
