HR Operations Specialist
Summary:
This position is an integral part of the Global HR Business Services and Operations Team and is part of HR Operations supporting India team (employees, managers and HR colleagues)
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Serve as the primary contact for HR Operations, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for various HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Lead initiatives to automate processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity within HR Operations.
- Drive quality management by strengthening, simplifying, and improving HR processes with a focus on continuous improvement and employee experience.
- Ensure timely and effective management of payroll compliance
- Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive HR reporting systems, utilizing dashboards and SLA tracking to ensure a metrics-driven approach that provides actionable insights on service delivery and effectiveness.
- Independently manage the HR shared service portfolios related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively as a member of the People Services team, continuously innovating by improving HR processes and introducing new initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience within HR - Payroll, HR Operations, HRIT etc.
- Analytical critical thinker who can challenge status quo drive transformation
- Strong communication skills stakeholder management with proven ability to influence, collaborate and drive change
- Ability to influence leaders and is able to build and nurture relationships across organization
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with HR Management systems software
