Key responsibilities:
- L2/L3 incident, service request, catalog request and problem ticket resolution in SAP Service, Install Base, and PS areas.
- Root‑cause analysis and coordination with technical teams for permanent fixes.
- Support creation of Install Base (IBase) structures, equipment relationships, and service relevance issues.
- Provide functional support for SAP Project Systems (PS) (WBS, networks, milestones).
- Execute or support regression testing for bug fixes, enhancements, and releases.
- Participate in on‑call support, hypercare, and planned maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with business users to resolve issues and validate fixes
Functional Knowledge:
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- SAP Project Systems and Customer Support - CS (Install Base)
Business Expertise:
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Leadership:
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

The consultant will work as part of the SAP production support team providing L2/L3 functional support for SAP Customer Support (CS), Install Base (IBase), and Project Systems (PS).
The role involves incident resolution, problem management, regression testing support and collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure system stability.
