Our Team
You will join a global organization building advanced X-ray inspection and metrology platforms for semiconductor manufacturing. The team develops end-to-end computational solutions spanning imaging pipelines, data acquisition, 3D reconstruction, feature analysis, and production tool integration.
Position Summary
As an Algorithms Development Manager, you will lead the development of a high-impact India-based team focused on next-generation XCT inline inspection algorithms. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and architectural ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead algorithmic development in AI/ML, computer vision, and image processing
Own architecture for XCT/APX algorithm subsystems
Drive 3D reconstruction, feature detection, defect analysis, and metrology
Transition research into production-ready software
Collaborate across hardware, systems, and global software teams
Build and mentor a high-performing India-based team
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field
10-15 years of relevant experience in algorithm development
Experience leading software/algorithm teams
Required Skills
Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and AI/ML
Experience with imaging, inspection, or reconstruction algorithms
Programming expertise in Python and C++/C#/equivalent
Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, optimization)
Experience in productionizing algorithms
Performance optimization (multithreading/GPU)
Preferred Qualifications
Semiconductor inspection or metrology experience
Knowledge of X-ray/CT/tomography systems
Experience in 3D reconstruction and volumetric analysis
Familiarity with AI/ML deployment workflows
