Role Summary
The Manager, R2R & Intercompany CoE is responsible for leading the combined R2R and Intercompany teams to deliver an efficient, well controlled month end close, accurate financial reporting, and standardized global intercompany processes. This role ensures data integrity, strong governance, and continuous improvement across the financial close cycle and intercompany operations.

Intercompany CoE Leadership
• Oversee the end-to-end intercompany process: recording, matching, reconciliation
• Ensure timely intercompany settlements/netting and minimize out of balance and aging items
• Lead root cause analysis and sustainable remediation for recurring IC differences
• Maintain and enforce global IC policies, procedures, and operating standards
• Partner with business units and shared services to improve intercompany accuracy
• Support audit requests related to intercompany and close activities

Controls, Governance & Quality
• Maintain strong internal controls across R2R and intercompany processes
• Support internal/external audits and manage remediation of findings
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor close performance and IC health
• Support transformation initiatives, automation, and system enhancements

People & Stakeholder Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across both functions
• Foster a culture of collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and cross functional dependencies
• Partner closely with shared services and global process owners, leveraging technology
