Primary Outcomes:

  • Create and maintain a centralized internal resource hub that serves as a one-stop shop for all Customer Portal needs—providing Marketing, Sales, FSO, and other teams with streamlined access to processes, forms and customer materials
  • Maintain delivery velocity across FY2026–FY2027 CIPs
  • Safeguard data integrity and reduce post-release defects
  • Scale training and change management activities to support global adoption

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an internal resource portal for Marketing, Sales, FSO, and other teams to access Customer Portal processes, training materials, deployment forms, and request Customer Training
  • Write and maintain business requirement documents for CIPs
  • UAT planning, test case design, execution, and defect triage
  • Release readiness and post-release quality monitoring
  • Training content creation (PPT/PDF) and localization in five languages
  • Change management support (communications, onboarding materials, adoption metrics)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years in data analytics/UAT; strong Excel, SharePoint, and workflow experience
  • Experience with external web portals, including e-commerce platforms and documentation delivery systems
  • Demonstrated success in high-velocity, multi-stakeholder programs
