Senior Network Engineer

  • Provide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents.
  • Serve as the escalation point for network outages, performance degradation, and critical business-impacting issues.
  • Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
  • Participate in 24x7 support and major incident response processes as required.
  • Collaborate with NOC teams to improve monitoring, alerting, and operational efficiency.

Network Infrastructure Management

  • Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize:
    • Enterprise LAN/WAN environments
    • SD-WAN and VPN solutions
    • Data Center networking
    • Cloud networking platforms
    • Network security infrastructure
    • Load balancing technologies
  • Perform network upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

Security & Connectivity

  • Manage enterprise firewall /VPN infrastructure utilizing:
    • Palo Alto Networks
    • Zscaler
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Cloud & Data Center Networking

  • Support hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures.
  • Design and troubleshoot connectivity between:
    • On-prem Data Centers
    • Public Cloud environments
    • SaaS platforms
  • Optimize cloud networking, routing, and security policies.

Monitoring & Automation

  • Utilize enterprise monitoring and observability tools to ensure network availability and performance.
  • Analyze trends and perform proactive capacity management.
  • Develop operational automation and standardization where possible.
  • Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise networking solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership during projects, audits, and architecture reviews.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve high-severity incidents.

Certifications

Preferred

  • CCNP Enterprise (Required)
  • CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (Highly Preferred)
  • Palo Alto PCNSE
  • Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)
  • AWS/Azure Networking Certifications
