Algorithm Developer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to image analysis, computer vision and machine learning / deep learning algorithms for defect detection and metrology.
• Explore and prototyping different image analysis and computer vision algorithms.
• Integration of algorithmic solution into the overall defect detection system.
• Algorithm optimization to meet system algorithm time budget.

Required Background:

• Strong background in Image Processing/Analysis, computer vision.
• 5 to 10 Years experience.
• Expertise in prototyping algorithms in Python and/or C++.
• Product development experience for imaging systems and software.
• Proficiency in developing product-quality image analysis software in Python & C/C++. (specifically, CV methods for subpixel image registration, stitching, segmentation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, work in a team.

Academic Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or master’s in computer science/engineering or similar fields with 5+ years of experience (in image/signal processing, Computer vision). 
• Graduate level course background in Image Processing, Computer Vision & ML.
• Experience with PyTorch or similar ML frameworks – to build ML image models to train and test is a plus.
