Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise
Designs and creates new and innovative methods for training delivery and lesson plans for others to follow
Ancipates challenges and proactively takes steps to address issues
Create a Quality COE to train and develop the field organization
Works independently and in complex situations. - Develop guidelines for managing the customer escalation process
Able to communicate and work with cross-functional teams to address product issues across multiple functional areas (software, mechanical, electrical)
Anticipate different customer reactions and tailor my approach - Develop new methods for others to use to capture the voice of the customer during quality reviews
Implement new solutions to fill gaps in performance
Identify new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be measured against in complex situations. - Develop Best Known Methods (BKMs) for how to drive closure to critical field issues and how to avoid the specific issue in the future
Lead the organization to address systemic issues and drive critical issues to completion
Anticipate escalation and proactively influence the customer to diffuse the situation - Create new methods & BKMs for QMS reviews and ISO audits
Experience working on QMS reviews across multiple domains
Lead ISO audit issue resolution - Provide input to improving the 8D/Advanced Problem Solving (APS) process as required
Monitor the industry to identify innovative complex problem solving techniques
Possess experience applying the 8D/APS process across the entire system (multiple domains)
Serve as a Master Trainer for APS classes - Serve as the SME for Field High Volume problem knowledge center

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
