Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support preventive maintenance (PM) and continuous improvement initiatives within the Central Repair Center (CRC) in Chandler, AZ.

  • Execute and manage projects from initiation through completion, including defining scope, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.

  • Develop, optimize, and standardize repair processes to improve quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

  • Identify and drive repair opportunities that enable product release, including root cause analysis, failure characterization, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, repair readiness, and release requirements.

  • Ensure all project and process development activities are thoroughly documented and communicated across relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze repair, materials, and financial data to support decision-making and operational improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including engineering documentation, IP protection, confidentiality, and safety standards.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies or methodologies to enhance repair capabilities and factory operations.

  • Provide informal mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or repair operations (semiconductor or high-tech industry preferred).

  • Experience or exposure to:

    • Repair processes and failure analysis

    • Factory or manufacturing operations

    • Product release processes and readiness criteria

  • Hands-on experience in a Central Repair Center (CRC), fab, or OEM environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of process development, continuous improvement, and engineering fundamentals.

  • Experience managing or contributing to technical projects with defined timelines and deliverables.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable process improvements.

  • Familiarity with product/process specifications, quality standards, and cost/resource management.

  • Ability to solve moderately complex technical problems using structured methods, technical judgment, and prior experience.

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey technical information clearly to cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.

  • Comfortable working with tools and in environments with varying noise levels.

  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and utilize required PPE (e.g., coveralls, gloves, safety glasses, respirators).

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
