TEAM OVERVIEW:

  • The Applied Global Services (AGS) revenue operation team is a global organization supporting service contract forecasting, quoting, booking and billing activities. 
  • The team supports all commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, pricing, review and approval for offers, contract management and providing support to field sales for quoting purposes. Ensures deals are structured and processed efficiently and align to company policies. Reviews, interprets and confirms contract terms and conditions; works closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate. Verifies compliance with internal policies (and external regulations). Responsible for the handling of day-to-day queries from groups including, sales, sales development, account management, Field Service Operation, Service Business Unit, Pricing and Finance teams using quoting tools and/or CRM system. May support sales enablement group. Resolves problems through research, consulting with internal support teams, to identify the appropriate tools for success. Plans and implements projects that support the AGS (Applied Global Services) organization. 
  • This is an individual contributor role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews, interprets and confirms contract terms and conditions; works closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate. Verifies compliance with internal policies (and external regulations). Responsible for the handling of day-to-day queries from groups including, sales, sales development, account management, Field Service Operation, Service Business Unit, Pricing and Finance teams using quoting tools and/or CRM system. May support sales enablement group. Resolves problems through research, consulting with internal support teams, to identify the appropriate tools for success. Plans and implements projects that support the AGS (Applied Global Services) organization.  This is an individual contributor role.

  • Service contract opportunity creation and forecast maintenance
  • Service contract quote creation, audit compliant CBD (Clean Booking Checklist) completion, and contract booking
  • Contract maintenance (ex.  amending contracts for scope changes, executing idling requests, adjusting for changes in tool start/end dates, etc.)
  • Support billing for booked contracts
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of service product offerings
  • Support and able to perform Audit walk throughs for Internal & External Auditors with provision of required documentation
  • Support projects in writing scripts for regional testing, attend workshops, assist in writing documentation
  • Works independently with minimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area is integrated with other functional groups
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
  • Can process/ support non-standard entitlement amendment scenarios
  • Can support development of simple non-standard idling scenarios
  • Can Analyze report data for basic business scenarios

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel including a working knowledge of pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in written and oral English
  • Attention to detail, ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
  • Analytic skills, knowledge of Tableau is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Understanding of legal contracts, basic legal terminology is desirable

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 4-7 years' experience

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
