Role Summary

The Dashboard Product Engineer owns the AIX Dashboard as a product—driving roadmap clarity, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. This hands-on role translates service strategy and customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Dashboard roadmap beyond current committed releases
  • Define and prioritize backlog items based on customer value and strategy
  • Develop clear, high-quality product requirements in close partnership with engineering
  • Serve as the interface to AGS service engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Align execution with broader AIX and service roadmaps within defined RACI boundaries
  • Own and document recurring operational processes such as backlog hygiene and API Token workflows
  • Drive adoption through demos, forums, and clear communication of releases
  • Incrementally evolve the Dashboard toward future push-based and agentic delivery models

Required Experience

  • Experience owning and evolving a product through its lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Semiconductor industry experience
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams

Preferred Experience

  • Background as a Services Customer Engineer
  • Experience in semiconductor or service-driven high-tech environments
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed organization

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
