The Business Unit Operations supports and drives business operations for the Semiconductor Business Unit.
This role requires a strong ability to deeply analyze data, translate insights into clear visual and executive‑level materials, and lead overall operational execution across the business.
This is not a pure reporting role. The ideal candidate is someone who can own the full cycle—from data analysis to insight generation, to executive storytelling—and proactively drive alignment and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Business operations, including priority alignment, execution tracking, and follow‑through
- Perform deep‑dive, flexible data analysis across multiple business topics (not limited to a single data domain)
- Analyze and validate data using SAP, advanced Excel, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Translate data insights into clear, structured visual outputs, including dashboards, charts, and executive summaries
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and data visualizations for business cadences and executive reviews
- Support OPEX management, including I&W, resource tracking, and variance analysis
- Develop executive‑level PowerPoint materials with strong storyline, structure, and visual clarity
- Prepare materials for business reviews, capture key decisions, and track action items to completion
- Act as a central coordinator and driver, proactively managing topics across stakeholders and leading execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong core capability in data analysis, with the ability to conduct in‑depth and ad‑hoc analysis across diverse areas
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
- Experience building and managing dashboards and data visualizations
- Proven ability to create high‑quality executive‑level PowerPoint presentations
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with minimal supervision
- Military service completed or exempt; no restrictions on overseas travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong visual storytelling sense to enhance executive communication
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with visualization or design tools such as:
- Advanced PowerPoint features
- Power BI, Tableau
- Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools
- Experience leading or owning cross‑functional operational topics, beyond individual contributor tasks
