Applied is the leader in materials engineering solutions, which are used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world.

This role will take ownership of internal communications and employee engagement programs, while also supporting external communications and CSR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects, including budget-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Plan and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee awareness and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and manage content for internal channels such as digital signage, intranet, newsletters, and internal boards.
  • Coordinate logistics and content for All-Employee Meetings, including agenda planning, speaker support, presentation materials, and post-event communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather stories and updates and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

 Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including volunteering programs, internal events, and global CSR campaigns.
  • Localize global campaigns and create engaging content such as employee interviews, event recaps, and campaign visuals.
  • Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.

External Communications & CSR Support

  • Assist in the execution of external communications activities, including media support and brand-related initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and communication of corporate social responsibility (CSR) funding programs.

Budget & Process Management

  • Manage internal budget tracking and invoice processing for communications-related activities.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, Public Relations, and marketing communication
  • Strong writing and content development skills in both Korean and English
  • Experience managing internal communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and administrative processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a global or technology-driven organization
  • Proficiency in design or content tools (e.g., Adobe creative suite, video editing software, PowerPoint and excel)
  • Passion for storytelling, employee experience and corporate culture
  • Experience supporting company-wide events or leadership communications.
