Key Responsibilities
Create under supervision quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer. Dealing with limited volume
Create under supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
Escalate customer requirements not being met
Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax

- Perform the billing process to collect AR
- Shipment tracking and part expedition status monitoring
- Escalate customer requirements not being met
- Interface with internal stakeholders to get supporting from cross functional team
- Manage backlog to minimize aged one
- Coordinate quality claim and return process with Quality team and logistics
- Develop undertanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
- Process the operation based on work instruction/Policy/training document
