Equipment Engineer (m/f/d) – for semiconductor industry

Are you passionate about precision engineering and high-tech innovation? We’re looking for an Experienced Equipment Engineer to help us build and maintain the advanced tools that power the semiconductor industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment and love solving complex equipment challenges, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

  • Analyze performance data to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.

  • Optimize spare part management using smart inventory strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with CE certification and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate on tool installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities.

  • Promote safety and ergonomic improvements in equipment design and operation.

  • Support project management tasks including planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Maintain detailed documentation for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You bring

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • 3–5 years of experience in equipment engineering within the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor process tools, cleanroom protocols, and equipment lifecycle.

  • Proven success in downtime reduction, maintenance optimization, and spare part strategy.

  • Familiarity with CE marking, safety standards, and ergonomic design.

  • Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
