Drive Efficiency in High-Tech Manufacturing
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes in our advanced semiconductor equipment manufacturing environment. If you’re passionate about lean methods, workplace design, and data-driven planning, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies to identify process inefficiencies.
Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces aligned with safety and operational standards.
Implement and sustain LEAN production methods, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems for optimal material flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing and capacity planning.
Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
What You bring
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques.
Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
