Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (part-time) to support the Facilities function and Office Manager. This role is ideal for a professional looking for a part-time position in office operations, vendor coordination, and workplace support within a dynamic, global organisation.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office and facilities-related activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This position offers exposure to a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and Facilities function
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related queries from employees and external vendors
  • Support coordination with landlords, service providers, and facilities vendors
  • Assist with office operations including supplies, access/badging, and general workplace needs
  • Help manage purchase orders, invoices, and basic vendor administration
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail handling, and office logistics
  • Support basic HR-related administration (e.g., onboarding coordination, equipment requests)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office and facilities activities
  • Assist with small office projects such as workspace setup or minor improvements
  • Coordinate activities related to lease-cars

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBO/HBO/Schoevers degree or relevant vocational qualification (or working toward)
  • Experience in an office, facilities, or administrative support role
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Dutch is required
  • Strong communication skills in English in an office environment
  • Short commuting distance to ensure adequate emergency support during regular office hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience working with internal systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.


For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
