Key Responsibilities

  • AGS AR management, included Shipping Without Billing (SWOB) and Billed Not GUI open AR management
  • Performs OTC monthly, quarterly close activities
  • Proactively communication with operation team and customers to resolve the AR collection issues
  • Reviews MJEs and GL Blackline reconciliations prepared by IBM
  • May assist with the interpretation of reports and records for managers. I.e. Balance Sheet Reviews, Blackline reporting/analysis, and other reports.
  • Participant or lead system integration or process improvement via digitalization or automation
