Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end Taiwan payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while supporting payroll accounting, reporting, audits, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, variable pay, and deductions

  • Handle off-cycle payments such as bonuses, commissions, and other special payments

  • Perform payroll reconciliation, reporting, and journal entries

  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and statutory requirements

  • Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requests

  • Drive process improvements and support payroll system enhancement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3+ years of payroll, HR operations, or accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Digiwin)

  • Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and tax regulations

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
