Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the After Hours Support (AHS) organization, providing operational and customer support coverage for Taiwan, Southeast Asia (SEA), China, and Japan outside standard business hours, including weekends and public holidays, while ensuring business continuity, effective escalation management, and service excellence.
    Adapt departmental plans to address operational challenges and resource constraints.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, audit, and corporate governance standards.

  • Lead performance reviews and drive improvements to strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop talent pipelines and implement structured training and development programs.

  • Manage resources effectively to support scalable and sustainable operations.

  • Lead succession planning and organizational development across teams.

  • Represent the region in strategic systems and process transformation initiatives.

  • Be accountable for performance outcomes across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals and service standards.
