Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the Global TKM New Business Readiness Team, supporting and coordinating new business readiness initiatives across the APAC region while gaining exposure to global program management and operational readiness processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including Spare Parts Business, Field Service, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to support project execution and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple project priorities, facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and provide project status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and project records to support effective project execution and communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify issues, track action items, and support project execution.
  • Coordinate project activities and support achievement of project goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field required.
  • 0-2 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or leadership experience in project management, business operations, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, ask clarifying questions, and build collaborative working relationships.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, operations, or business processes is a plus.
