Key Responsibilities

Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers while over seeing regional customer facing problem resolution.

Utilize Risk Tools for customer facing engagement impacting service and lead discussions with field service teams.

Manage identified risk and escalations across functional teams with closed loop communication to stakeholders.

Manage cross-functional projects within Fulfillment and Operations.

Work with internal stakeholders (Global Contact Center, Planning & Purchasing) to streamline fulfillment of customer orders.

Clearly communicate & Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.

Prepare and present status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Collect and analyze specific customer data to identify process improvement areas.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Identify gaps in fulfillment process and drive containment and long term corrective actions for process improvements

Tier 2 Escalation Owner within assigned region

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Has intermediate level of knowledge of customer order fulfillment, systems, and tools, such as SAP.
  • Able to collect and analyze data in order to solve problems, improve processes and make decisions.
  • Understands supply / demand signals
  • Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products

Business Expertise

  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Has knowledge of semiconductor equipment industry and customer expectations
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Global experience working with different backgrounds and cultures

  • No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
  • Ability to influence stakeholders

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Applies analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve fulfillment issues.

  • Builds and maintains positive and effective relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and vendors.
