As a Systems Engineer, you’ll design, integrate, and optimize complex systems that drive the semiconductor industry forward. Your expertise in systems thinking and problem-solving is essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced solutions to intricate processes and writing system specifications. You’ll be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining system architectures, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring seamless integration of subsystems. Additionally, you’ll identify and mitigate risks, confirming that our systems meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for semiconductor equipment and subsystems.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex hardware and system issues.
  • Support onsite tool retrofit, installation, upgrades, and NPI activities.
  • Serve as the key interface between customers, field teams, and engineering.
  • Drive issue resolution, system performance improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor equipment, field service, or technical support experience.
  • Strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working directly with customers and delivering technical presentations.
  • Experience with tool retrofit, upgrades, or NPI is preferred.
  • SRP or Etch experience is a plus.
  • Strong ownership and communication skills.
