Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Process Support Engineer who will serve as a critical technical bridge between Korean customers and the HQ Business Unit. This role involves hands-on equipment operation, remote collaboration with HQ, and proactive customer support to ensure optimal tool performance and fast demo cycles.

Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions. 

Operate and maintain equipment installed at the customer site.

Optimize tool performance to meet customer-specific process and integration requirements.

Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. 

Access BU-based tools remotely to conduct process experiments and collect data.

Support customer demo preparation by performing pre-validation and feasibility tests.

Share findings and recommendations with BU teams to align on process strategies.

Apply conceptual and practical expertise to solve complex process challenges.
