  • Customer Engagement & HVP Identification
    Lead technical discussions with customers during development, technology transfer, ramp, and HVM to understand High Value Problems (HVPs) and diagnose the impact of CVD/PVD unit process steps on KPIs such as output, cost, and tool availability.

  • Continuous Improvement & CSA Value Optimization
    Identify, propose, and drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to reduce defects, process variability, and cost of ownership, Optimize PM performance, process Cpk, chamber matching, and output to increase CSA value and support CSA renewal, upsell, and penetration.

  • Complex Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting Excellence
    Resolve complex tool and process issues by applying analytics, equipment/process expertise, and systematic FabVantage methodologies. Conduct effective root-cause diagnosis and implement long-term corrective actions. Support resolution of process-related escalations and cross-tool fleet issues.

  • Knowledge Management & Technical Insights
    Capture learnings, case studies, and troubleshooting insights in the FabVantage knowledge base. Develop Best Known Methods (BKM) and communicate findings to BU/FSO/SBU teams to strengthen product and service portfolio.

  • Technical Data Analysis & Product Comparison
    Review and analyze tool and process data across multiple products. Provide clear guidance, prioritization, and recommendations based on product differences and process requirements.

  • New Technology Enablement & Application Development
    Work closely with customers and FSO teams to demonstrate and drive adoption of new service technologies—including FabVantage offerings—through on-site demos, tool evaluations, and Joint Development Programs. Participate in strategic new product/application introduction projects to capture learnings and maximize service opportunities.
