We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Summer Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join our team for the summer and holiday season. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, and ERP‑based inventory control in a real business environment.

As a Summer Trainee Logistics Coordinator, you will be involved in the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics activities. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will support your learning and development while giving you increasing responsibility as your skills grow.

What you will do

  • Handle incoming and outgoing goods
  • Process part delivery requests and create freight orders
  • Participate in dismantling, packing, and shipments
  • Support inventory management and stock balance maintenance in the ERP system
  • Help keep the warehouse and related areas clean, organized, and efficient
  • Gain hands‑on experience with warehouse tools and processes, including forklift operation

Qualifications

  • Technical or commercial education (e.g. B.Sc. in Business Administration, vocational qualification, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Practical skills in inventory management and maintaining stock balances
  • Forklift driving ability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently according to instructions
  • Strong task‑completion skills and a reliable working approach
  • Fluent use of MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English is required; good Finnish skills are an advantage
