We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our site’s daily operations, employee experience, and internal communication. You will work closely with local leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth office operations and a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Support internal communication activities to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging across the site.
- Plan and run volunteering and employee engagement programs that strengthen our culture and community impact.
2. Meetings, Events & Visits Coordination
- Organize on-site and off-site meetings and company events.
- Coordinate internal and external visits, ensuring seamless arrangements and professional representation of the company.
3. Branding & Site Identity
- Implement company branding initiatives across local sites.
- Ensure brand guidelines are reflected in physical spaces, events, and employee materials.
4. Office Operations
- Serve as the main Office Manager for the site, responsible for daily office operations including:
- Mail handling and general office logistics
5. Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and site leadership on day‑to‑day tasks, coordination, and documentation needs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience in office or administrative roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset
Education BA + 5 years of experience
