We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Project Managertodrive complex product development projects from concept through prototype and implementation. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager with a strong engineering background and a proventrack recordof successfully managing cross-functional research and development projects within an industrial or engineering environment.
As a Technical Project Manager, you willbe responsible forbuilding and executing project plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring that project deliverables are achieved on time and within scope. You will play a key role in prototype development projects, driving accountability, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead R&D projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Drive project execution through rigorous follow-up, reporting, tracking tools, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and align activities across engineering, product development, operations, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projectsremainon track.
Facilitate problem-solving activities and support teams in removing project obstacles.
Establish andmaintainproject management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support prototype development projects and coordinate activities related to product realization.
Prepare project status updates and communicate progress effectively to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and engineering standards, including chemical safety considerations where relevant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineeringora relatedtechnical field.
Minimum5 years of experience in R&D project managementwithin an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology company.
Proven experience developing and managing detailed project plans and driving disciplined project follow-up.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of product development processes and prototype development projects.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., project planning and tracking systems).
Familiarity with complex technical environments, including chemical processes or chemical safety considerations, is considered an advantage.
Fluent English
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while influencing and coordinating teams across multiple functions.

Experience working in an engineering-driven organization.
Background in prototype development and product development projects.
Knowledge of chemical safety requirements and related processes.
Experience improving project management practices, reporting, and governance frameworks.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
