Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented customer engineer to join our account team & integrate within our field support group at Migdal Ha'Emek(North) to provide a unique customer experience by demonstrating outstanding technical capabilities and inter-personal skills.

What you'll be doing:
As part of our customer support team, you’ll be working in a cleanroom environment & using your technical capabilities, analytical skills and vast knowledge on multidisciplinary advanced systems. You will be responsible for installing & maintaining customer’s purchased Applied Material equipment and occasionally customers abroad, communicating with global functions and development teams while following established practices of operation & maintain highest levels of quality & customer satisfaction.
This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
Additionally, because this position generally involves working in a clean room, it requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
Key Responsibilities:
- The customer engineers provide support for complex systems, one of the most advanced in the world for the semiconductor industry, in Israel and abroad.
- Install and implement multidisciplinary complex systems
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Define, document and retain infrastructure and work processes
- Work is located in Migdal Ha'emek in a cleanroom environment
- Work in shifts including nights and weekends
- Transportation of activities Improvement in work processes.
- Definition, documentation and preservation of infrastructures and work processes
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or Practical engineer or Engineer education level, in Electronics / Mechanics
- Experience with electronic / mechanic equipment – advantage
- Prioexperience as technician or practical engineer – advantage
- Willing to work in shifts
- High level of English.
