Key Responsibilities

Job Description Summary: Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Mfg and Quality Operations. Provides leadership to have a sustained Quality Culture that is continually improving. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.  Utilizes strong internal organizational relationships to foster cross organizational collaboration to drive continuous improvement solutions

Manages the application of quality/ reliability activities in administrative areas with focus on consulting with operating units to ensure continuous improvement.

Evaluates current operations for performance against quality standards.

Provides inputs and recommendations for the adoption of good quality practices in engineering and manufacturing.

Provides leadership and support to subordinates in meeting quality assurance system requirements

Selects, trains, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.

  • Familiar with Applied product and service, Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
