Job Description:

We are looking for a highly talented Engineer to join our unique SBU application team leveraging multidisciplinary expertise to maximize our Wafer Result Analytical (WRA) platform value and address our customer’s HVPs.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leverage a deep understanding of customer technologies and identify customer HVPs, working with internal and external customers, suggesting potential solutions and accompanying till implementation – end to end responsibility.
  • Manage customer feedback to continuously improve WRA value and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex and challenging WRA application related activities, guiding the team effectively.
  • Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-sites activities (beta, SW upgrade, server install) ensuring high involvement in the scope of work (SOW) to meet the timeline.
  • Lead technical review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and address any issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using the WRA and can maximize its benefits.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (Dev team, Product Line Manager, Local account, local support, Product line) to ensure successful adoption and support for WRA.
  • Oversee small project management activities to enhance SBU group effectiveness including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

What should you have:

  • BSc. / MSc. in Engineering
  • 2~10 years of experience in related fields (Semiconductor Industry)
  • Metrology/ Defect Review (ProVision/SEMVision) experience - Preferred
  • Data Analytics skill - Preferred
  • Customer orientation, intercultural skills. 
  • Self-confidence, presentation skills, communication skills. 
  • Problem solving orientation, interdisciplinary knowledge, project management.

We are AGS PDC service business unit based in Rehovot responsible for PDC product service value enhancement through AIx (Actionable Insight Accelerator) solutions development and adoption.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
