Position Summary

The Non-Tech. Program/Project Manager will play a critical role within the Korea Installation team (iTeam), supporting the execution of global initiatives and driving program alignment across local and global stakeholders.

This role focuses on coordinating key projects, tracking performance KPIs, and ensuring effective collaboration between the Field Service Organization (FSO), Global iTeam, and Business Units.

The position acts as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, contributing to installation excellence in safety, quality, cycle time, and cost.

iTeam is a global installation organization that enables customers to reach production faster through standardized processes, data-driven execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage installation-related programs and projects within Korea
  • Support the deployment and localization of global initiatives (e.g., digital tools, process improvements, execution models)
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and resource plans
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies

2. KPI & Performance Management

  • Track and manage key Installation KPIs including Safety, Quality, Cycle Time, and Cost
  • Analyze operational performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

3. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Field Service Organization (FSO), Global iTeam, and Business Units
  • Support alignment of installation schedules, resource planning, and execution milestones
  • Coordinate across regional and global teams to ensure seamless execution

4. Process & Operational Excellence

  • Drive standardization and improvement of installation processes
  • Support the adoption of digital tools and data-driven execution models
  • Ensure proper documentation and sharing of project/program information across functions

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Lead communication with local and global stakeholders
  • Prepare program updates, reports, and executive-level presentations
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across multiple organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in program or project management
    (Semiconductor, Display, or High-tech industry preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Exposure to global project environments or matrix organizations
