Job Desctiption
We are looking for an AI Adoption Technical Project Manager to lead the effort to embed AI tools across the ODC (Optical Diagnostics and Control) organization.
This role combines technical understanding of AI capabilities with strong project management skills, as well as a broad understanding of different roles in the division. .
The person in this role will work closely with teams across ODC to identify where AI can improve productivity, enable new capabilities, and streamline workflows, then drive structured adoption from discovery through sustained use.

What you’ll be doing
- Map AI opportunity areas across ODC by engaging with different groups, roles, and workflows to understand needs and pain points
- Define, prioritize, and maintain an AI adoption roadmap aligned with business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness
- Lead AI tool rollouts and pilot programs, coordinating across technical teams, functional stakeholders, and HR
- Design and execute structured change‑management plans including communication strategies, role‑based training, and enablement sessions
- Define KPIs for AI initiatives (adoption, productivity gains, time savings, quality improvements) and track impact consistently
- Establish feedback loops to identify adoption barriers early and iterate on solutions
- Report regularly to ODC leadership on progress, impact, risks, and roadmap status
- Stay up to date with the evolving AI tools landscape and identify emerging opportunities relevant to ODC teams
- Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation.
- Participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.
- Manages project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.
- Interfaces and coordinates within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
What you should have?
Must‑Have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management with cross‑functional scope
- Hands‑on experience leading AI, digital transformation, or automation initiatives, including adoption and change management
- Working knowledge of AI and generative AI tools, with experience enabling AI in engineering or enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, product leaders, and senior management
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept and planning through implementation and sustained execution
Nice‑to‑Have:
- Experience in semiconductor, hardware‑software, or complex systems engineering environments
- Familiarity with productivity metrics, adoption analytics, and KPI‑driven decision making
- Background working with distributed or multidisciplinary engineering organizations
