About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Python Software Developer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience building backend systems, APIs, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, problem‑solving, and working in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based software solutions and backend services
  • Implement robust, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs or microservices
  • Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) including schema design and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Frontend) to deliver end‑to‑end features
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code
  • Write unit tests and ensure high test coverage
  • Document system architecture, processes, and code when needed


Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Python development
  • Strong understanding of core Python concepts (OOP, data structures, error handling)
  • Experience with at least one major Python framework
  • Solid experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments
  • Good debugging skills and familiarity with logging/monitoring tools
