  • Support containerized applications and deployment workflows, including basic troubleshooting and optimization
  • Assist with infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues related to build, deployment, and system integration
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with software engineers, IT, and DevOps team members to support application integration, deployment schedules, and operational stability
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates on assigned tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, information systems, software/system engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or infrastructure-related roles
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and workflows on Linux and/or Windows platforms

  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and application build/deployment processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and basic container orchestration concepts
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code or configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Nexus, or Jira
  • Basic Linux system administration and debugging skills
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, or observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation and follow established processes
