Job Description : EIT Portfolio Manager
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on EIT (Engineering Information Systems) Portfolio Manager to lead our Engineering Information Tool’s portfolio roadmap and solutions. In this role, you will bridge between technology and business, managing the EIT roadmap, driving Continuous Improvement Processes (CIPs), enabling development teams productivity and drive seamless integration with GIS teams, corporate initiatives and other key business functions.

What you'll be doing:
Portfolio & Roadmap Management
- Own and drive the end-to-end EIT tools and solutions roadmap, aligning technology investments with overarching business goals.
- Manage IT solution projects, prioritization, budget and resource allocation to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Interface & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between the R&D division and GIS/EIT and other IPC groups.
- Gather cross-functional requirements, ensuring EIT solutions meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement (CIP) & Execution
- Plan, execute, and track Continuous Improvement Processes (CIPs) to optimize EIT system performance and usability.
- Identify bottlenecks in the current toolset and implement scalable, future-proof solutions.
Change Management
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives driven by EIT activities and system upgrades.
- Ensure smooth user adoption through effective training, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement.
What you should have?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in EIT portfolio/product management, ideally in environments bridging IT/GIS and engineering.
- Skills: Strong understanding of EIT systems, GIS/EIT architectures, and solution prioritization frameworks.
- Change Leadership: Proven track record of driving change management and rolling out new tools across large organizations. Ability to lead without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Great communication skills.
