ETP Project Manager

We are looking for an ETP project manager to join us and lead our key divisional technical projects. You will own the project plan and budget, manage its execution and control timely, and on budget, deliveries while partnering with multidisciplinary teams.

Our Group:

Group of divisional project managers who own, manage and lead divisional projects and other operational infrastructures roadmap.

What you'll be doing:

  • R&D project execution control -  Validate resources are allocated, all activities are mapped, linked and planned for, drive to resolve gaps that holds execution
  • Manage work plans to meet timelines, highlight gaps/risks and work to resolve, assure work plans are complete, manage routing RERs to assure alignment and timely deliveries
  • Manage and optimize R&D Project’s Budget – Plan and control budget, highlight risks, manage optimizations
  • Interface with technical Module Owners, Sys Eng., Disciplinary owners, Product Lines focals, Operation, ICT and Finance

What you should have?

  • B.Sc in in engineering or science field, M.Sc is an advantage.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in working on complex multidisciplinary projects. More than 3 years’ experience as a project manager or direct team management
  • Methodological skills, PM now-how, multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Strong multidisciplinary technical product and system understanding
  • Strong management skills in a complex and dynamic Marix environment
  • Ability to motivate teams, overcome obstacles, manage conflicts and risks
  • Internally driven – highly motived and fast learning, flexible and independent
  • PjM tools knowledge (smartsheet, AI, PDP etc.)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, can lead without authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
