Global Product Support Student

We are looking for a highly talentedengineering student to join our Global Product Support (GPS) team. The teamresponsibilities are:

  • Lead PDC next generation tools implementation on field
  • Manage the knowledge from R&D to field support.
  • Lead customer HW aspects.

Our Group:

Provides systems support for semiconductors metrology systems.

Supports engineering owners by working on assigned projects in conjunction with vendors, or suppliers.

Acts as intermediary between customer and development teams by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create HW procedure for field use.
  • Take part in R&D development- make sure that field aspect is fulfilled.
  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents. 
  • ~ 20 hours/week.

What you should have?

  • 3rd year Mechanical/ Electrical engineer student with at least 3 more semesters
  • Dedicated, team player, seeking for knowledge, making data-based decision, multi-cultural communication.
