Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Export Team Leader to join our unique Import/Export team that manages Imports and Exports from and to all over the world.

Working independently in one of the advanced Hitech Companies Importing lots of technologies and Exporting High End Products to Customers leading the market.

Our Group: 

Import/Export Team: We Import from all over the world, Suppliers (Using Air and Sea), Customers, Applied other sites.

We Export to Customers, Suppliers, Applied Sites and AGS WHs.

Team is responsible for Import and Export transactions, Regulation, Licenses, Permits, Shipping Documents Creation, PPW data integrity, Costs, LT and Quality.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing all Exports to Customers, using Air and Sea channels, with variety of FFs.

• Work closely with Business Management, Planning, Material Planners, Production & Logistics.

• Provide solutions for Urgent deliveries (Logistics Provider/Transit Time /Cost).

• Establish new communication/information infrastructures to improve working procedures.

• Read the market (Obstacles, issues, stoppers to fluent business) and provide a clear picture with solutions.

What you should have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics – mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in import, export, Incoterms, and related areas – mandatory

• Experience working in multidisciplinary/global companies – mandatory

• High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory

• Experience with SAP – strong advantage

• High interpersonal skills and relations, team player.

• Independency, Assertiveness, Proactiveness.

• Like to change and improve.

• Well familiar with the market/solutions/capabilities.

• Problems solver and knows how to connect and bridge gaps.
